Is John Quale gay??? cuz ppl think just becuz he made Prince Poppy means that he is and idk!!!?

i dont care if he is or not but i keep hearing people calling him gay and a drag queen.....i think its rude...unless its true but its like ppl say it rudely.....i mean also ppl say that Prince Poppy is gay but John Quale is straight and it doesn't make any sense...so if u know plz tell me i dont mean to be rude towards him or Poppy think he's amazing either way and i dont want mean answers plz!!!
