How do you talk to a girl (to make friends)?

Just talk with her. I have the same story and the problem with all my gal friends are that they are tom boyish and not mushy, so If I'm sad or pissed they're just sorta like whatever unlike a girly girl kinda thing. So my best friend that I tell all my problems to is one of my closest guy friends XD Anyways just talk to her, find out what you guys have in common, what you both hate. That kinda thing, try and hang out in groups of girls too.
