I am not producing enough follicles is there medicines that can help?

I am using an infertility specialist, it's my second Dr. then I've been to. I'm not producing enough follicles to have IVI. I am doing everything the Dr. says to do taking the shots. Has anyone had the same problem and what did they do to get pregnant?
