How do i control my dogs?

i have 2 dogs ,a 1yr old poodle and a 6mth old pitbull, they are out of control! they both still make MANY accidents in the house, they chew EVERYTHING and cant be left alone for a second, they literaly still need to be brought to work everyday. theyve ripped drywall off the walls destroyed clothes,furniture,balnkets, everything basically. But i love them to death and they are the cuddliest lil guys in the world, how do i get them under control?
