Diet supper ideas for boneless chicken please?

pound the chicken so it is all the same thickness. brown it in a non stick skillet. Place it in a baking dish and top with the canned tomatoes. Add some sliced onion and garlic if you have some. Sprinkle it with italian seasoning... oregano, thyme, basil, fennel, etc. bake at 350 degrees until the tomatoe sauce is thick and bubbly. Serve over the noodles. Will be like chicken parmesan. You can also add mushrooms (canned or fresh) If you like spicy add some chillies. Hope this sounds good to you. Oh, and I am sure you will have leftovers for another meal.
