Windows Media Player 11 Won't Play DVD's.?

I've got WMP 11 and I can play music videos and listen to music but I can't play DVD's. It says to ajust my monitor resoultion or colors. I changed the color one and it didn't work and I don't want my screen to be huge or teeny-tiny. Any tips? I also have a DVD Decrypter.
