Seperation mortgage and staying in the same house?

this seperation is geting nasty ,the male has tipped all the wages up every month puting about 950. to a thousand pounds in her bank leaving him 50 pound a month,the female has used her wages to pay all the bills.now they are living seperate lives,she wont itemise all the bills,maybe she has something to hide as she is on a debt management course is there a law or solicitor that can help them out as its geting real nasty, there mortgage is about 600 pound a month and there is at least two tousand four hundred a month coming in ,she is very bad with money,there are other bills like poll tax gas electric,,,he was just laid back about the whole thing he realises now he should of been more aware please help anyone
