Posting ads on craigslist?

I want to post multiple ADs on cl,but the TOS of cl doesn't allowed and I know some important elements of posting ADs on cl,like different IPs , delete cookies,different email accounts,but I still cant post any ADs!!!can anyone tell me some useful ways or some useful IP changer softwares??? Thanks a lot!
