If you get a missed call on Orange does it let you know when you switch your phone back on?

Basically been trying to call someone for HOURS now and it goes to voicemail because their phone's off. I was wondering if anyone who's on Orange knows whether they'll get a bombard of texts saying I tried to ring when they switch their phone on?
