Why do the government MPs get a 22% pay hike for cost of livin exsp whn the disabled can't pay rent & by food

The Disabled get a max of 930 a month rent is 735 pluse hydro and that eats up the most of the moneies then there are other exspentes transpertion to medacil appointments and med not covered buy ODSP I need to have a phone laundery and other stuff I can not work at all so how do I make ends meet and what about food ??? Government get 22% cost of living exspence to stay at hotels when out of town more then $2200 dollors a month on top of the regular pay they all ready get in exceas of $120,000 a year
