Tracking someone's activity online via their IP?

Well putting software on the other persons computer to track their online usage will defiantly not help you win anything in court, if anything it will self incriminate. As far as putting something on YOUR computer to track him does not exist (thankfully) that I am aware of. I don't think you need hard evidence of anything to get a restraining order. You should post that question on here too.
