Please Help! How to Exercise With Lower Back Pain?
You have my sympaphy,I have just got over that 98.9% better.Try to get off any pain killers difficult but they dehydrate you,Drink more fresh water mineral that is,take Minerals and vitamins good quality ones.Use a back belt from chemist especially around the house.Streching exercises are good but gently walking is probably the best,A good pair of trainers help.Try a shower on the lower back alternating between hot and cold water--Sounds worse than what it is but you get used to it after 2 or 3 times this really works well.Could also be built up anger or rage!!Do something to dispel any you may have.Equal amounts of rest and exercise is the Key.Good luck
