Is my horse depressed?

All she's been doin for the past few days was sittin round the stall and she wont eat nothin every time i try to feed her... and when my cousin Tracy comes over she just gets all frustrated and wont let her ride her like she used to. I try to give her more attention and she acts okay for a few minutes but after that she just goes back into her own little shell... what to do?
