Celtic/Rangers to the EPL?

Sooner the better as Scottish football is awful and gets progressively worse year after year-Celtic will never break through the gl ceiling to Europe's elite until they rid themselves of the shackles of all the other Scottish clubs.They are big enough in brand and infrastructure to equip themselves well at the top table of U.K. Football-bring it on is what I think!!
