Anyone understand Macbeth? Can anyone read this and give me a brief explanation?

Separate it by punctuation. Full thoughts are finished at periods. Commas, semicolons and colons indicate there is more to the idea that was begun at the start of the sentence. Forget the way the lines are written and write them out as sentences in prose rather than as they are in verse. It should help.
