Anyone good at yzing political and editorial cartoons?

It shows a bull fighter waiting for a helpless, mortally wounded seal pup to charge. It's not a particularly witty cartoon, but it implies that the hunters of baby seals are cowardly/macho/seeking some kind of glory against a helpless prey.
